Plakat zur Ausstellung "Der Kalte Krieg" (BStA)Our joint exhibition with the Federal Foundation for the Study of the Communist Dictatorship in Eastern Germany titled "The Cold War. Causes - History - Consequences" will be available to public schools, universities, cultural or political institutions and the interested public starting in March 2016. With more than 160 historical photos and documents as well as QR codes linking to additional visual material, the exhibition provides a rich and impressive panorama of the Cold War as a determinant of global politics in the 20th century.

The exhibition is in German and includes 22 posters and can be ordered for subscription costs of € 30,- via the Federal Foundation for the Study of the Communist Dictatorship in Eastern Germany.

The editors of the exhibition are the Berlin Center for Cold War Studies and the Bundesstiftung zur Aufarbeitung der SED-Diktatur. Its author is the historian Prof. Dr. Bernd Greiner. The project management and image selection was the responsibility of Dr. Ulrich Mählert. The Leipzig graphic artist Dr. Thomas Klemm took care of the design of the exhibition.
